Together, let's explore BIG IDEAS through multiple genres! In our first meeting, I'll help you BRAINSTORM to find that one fabulous topic to work on over the course of our time together. Each week, you'll be encouraged to write about this idea as a poem, a short story, an essay, a play, and more!

This course is perfect for budding writers looking to stretch, grow, and experiment.

Grades 9 - 12

6-10 students

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00

Begins April 7, 10 weeks

This class follows the same concept as "Discovery," but with more emphasis on analyzing the differences between the genres we explore. We will also consider the ways we can use these differences to our advantage when we set out to write!

4-6 students

Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00

Begins April 8, 10 weeks

Serious writers looking to hone their craft will find a home here. Together, we will closely examine your writing, find inspiration for new pieces, and develop your voice. Admittance is by SUBMISSION only.
